Symantec client managent suite (CMS) provides easy-to-use, integrated solutions for management of client devices, such as desktops, notebooks, and handheld computers, throughout their entire lifecycle. From initial configuration and deployment through software delivery and patch management. The session provides an overview of the solution of the solution as a whole, while utilizing the single parts.

The secure endpoint – you need more than just antivirus
Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Network Access Control (SNAC) and Endpoint Encryption (SEE) gives a well-rounded, multi-facetted protection of the endpoint. This session gives an overview over SEP, SNAC and SEE. The presentation is given using PowerPoint as well as demoing.

Information Risk and Compliance

Compliance – What is it and why should you care?
Too many IT professionals the topics of Information Risk and Compliance is something that is handled by someone else in the organization, and does not see it as being relevant to IT. Join us for a session showing why this is your business, and how you can help your company reach for new heights! This session gives an introduction to the compliancy area.

 Measuring risk and compliance level
Are you secure? Relative to what? What does the word”secure” really mean to your organization? If you are working with security, doing so without the ability to measure where you are and the progress you are having effectively leaves you blind, without the ability to justify your team’s existence to management. This session gives an introduction to Symantecs CCS tool – including a live demo.

Ensure retention and discovery of critical information
Being able to find business related information when needed is getting increasingly important for companies. How do you ensure efficient retrieval of information across information systems (email, Sharepoint, file servers, databases etc) while honoring your employees privacy? Join us for a practical approach to solving this critical challenge. This session gives an insight into how you can automate your retention and discovery processes using Symantecs Enterprise Vault.

Prevent the loss of intellectual property

Most companies and organizations have no idea about where their design documents, strategic plans and other confidential information is stored and sent. Do they end up with your competitor? On the feared first page of national newspapers? Join us for a deep dive into how these problems are solved with Vontu. Is it even possible to effectively address these challenges without lowering the user experience?
