As of 3rd November, partner levels – whether Platinum, Gold or Silver – will be based on membership of Specializations. By choosing to become a Specialist, you’ll be able to maximize revenue opportunities, differentiate your business from the competition and align your expertise more clearly with your customer needs. Specialization membership also gives you access to a wide range of enhanced benefits, which may not otherwise be available to your organization.
Below is a quick summary of the program levels and associated requirements under the enhanced SPP:
| REQUIREMENTS | COUNTRY |

To ensure you don’t lose out on your current benefits, contact your Partner Account Manager or Regional Program Representative to ensure that you’re ready for the new program requirements.
See the Symantec Partner Program Requirements supplement for further details
In order to maintain your Specialization membership and to continue to access enhanced benefits, you’ll need to remain compliant with the Specialization requirements listed on PartnerNet.
Symantec routinely tracks all partner activity within the Program, and may periodically adjust partners’ levels to recognise achievement/ performance against set Program requirements.
Where you are at risk of losing membership of one or more Specializations, Symantec will extend a 90-day grace period within which period you will need to comply with the Specialization requirements. Should you not regain compliance, you will lose the Specialization membership.
