Symantec offers a 60-day money-back guarantee if your customers are not completely satisfied. (Available for retail boxed and download products only).

To claim their money back, it must be within 60 days of their product purchase.

If your customer should require a refund for their purchase then please use the link below, print the page and request they follow the instructions accordingly.

Please check the customer has the following as they will be needed to process the refund claim.
Software CD including sleeve & yellow product activation sticker.
Copy of sales receipt (itemized including product purchased, cost, date of purchase and store name).
Inform the customer that the refund may take up to 6 weeks to process.

Exclusions
Most Symantec consumer products are eligible for return within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping, handling and any applicable tax paid will be refunded on eligible returns for products purchased from the Symantec Online Store.

Exceptions to this return policy include:
Not for Resale (NFR) software is not returnable and is not included in our 60-day guarantee.
Symantec Backup CDs are not refundable and are not included in our 60-day gurantee.
The pcAnywhere 30-day edition is not refundable and is not included in our 60-day guarantee.
Symantec Education Kits are not refundable.
Small Business multi-packs that are not Norton branded are not refundable.
